About the Product

Pachamama Früchte's organic cocoa powder is made from carefully selected cocoa beans. After harvesting, the beans are fermented, gently dried, and then processed in the Netherlands.

Unlike highly processed cocoa powder, this cocoa is not alkalized. This preserves the original character of the cocoa bean – with an intense, natural, and slightly tart aroma.

The cocoa is then heavily defatted (10–12%), resulting in a particularly fine powder with a concentrated flavor, ideal for beverages and recipes.
