Shipping & Delivery

For deliveries to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price.

Shipping methods

Standard shipping

Standard shipping within Germany is handled by HERMES .
Upon request, we can also ship your order with DHL – simply contact us before or directly after placing your order.

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed transparently during the ordering process.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping provider, you will receive a tracking code with which you can track the status of your shipment at any time.
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping to parcel lockers, post offices & parcel shops

You have the option of having your order delivered directly to a DHL Packstation , a post office branch or a Hermes parcel shop .

Your advantages:

• No drop-off at the doorstep
• Collection possible around the clock
• No additional shipping costs

As soon as your package is ready for collection, you will be informed by DHL or Hermes via email or SMS .

Please note: Prior registration with DHL / Deutsche Post or Hermes is required for this service.

• Germany: approx. 1 working day

General information

• Working days are defined as Monday to Friday , excluding public holidays.
• Each order is individually and freshly prepared for shipping.
• Orders are not collected , but shipped separately.
• For deliveries to islands or hard-to-reach locations, the delivery time may be extended by up to 4 additional working days.
• For very heavy or bulky shipments (e.g., pallet shipments), the delivery time may also be longer.

Shipping is climate-neutral . Our shipping partners actively reduce CO₂ emissions and offset remaining emissions through certified climate protection projects.
